Hello & Welcome!

My name is Denise, and I along with my Husband David,

have created our Bakery, a local gem, in Historic Marysville, California. Edible Memories.

For the past 17 years I have had the incredible, opportunity of experiencing the Culinary industry and all that it has to offer. Throughout that time i have evolved my skills and delved into a very rewarding career. With experience in mass production, catering, elegant plating, fine dining, custom cakes and weddings, the possibilities have been endless; and with that I am eager to always continue to grow and learn.

When I graduated from Culinary School in 2008, I soon after felt a deep passion for my craft and began to really find excitement in textures and flavors.

It wasn’t until i had my Daughter, that i realized how powerful it felt to create something momentary; that had the ability to leave an imprint and become a memory in the very process. Creating cakes for my children quickly became a skill i was excited to learn.

Cooking will always be part of a special occasion, food will continue to have the capabilities of enveloping laughter, nostalgia, and imprinting a soul for a lifetime. So many cultures and countries celebrate with creating traditions surrounding the dinner table.

My Grandfather made imagination and cooking fun, and My Grandmother made it warming and soothing to the spirit.

I am forever grateful that I had such catalyst's in the making of who I am today.

This year we began to invest in a beautiful Historic piece of Downtown Marysville, and we made it home for the expansion of Edible Memories Bakery.

Daily we still learn new ways to build this business better and better, and teach our children the importance of family and supporting each other through dreams and ambitions. We look forward to welcoming new and familiar faces into our Sweet Lives! We cannot wait to leave an imprint and hopefully create many memories to come. It is with great pleasure that we are able to continue to pursue our passion, build our vision and serve our wonderful Yuba-Sutter & Central Valley.
